Bonnie Briggs is an accomplished managed health care executive and clinician who has been instrumental in the development of ground-breaking integrated care management systems and operations within the industry. She is a recognized leader as well as team player and well-respected manager with a unique understanding of the changing dynamics and complexities of the health care industry and the patient/consumer experience.
During her 21 years in the healthcare industry, Bonnie has developed and implemented integrated care management systems and programs allowing nurse care managers to effectively impact both patient health and plan savings. Her work with predictive modeling has led to improved member identification techniques resulting in appropriate referrals to case and disease management programs producing clinical and fiscal improvements.
Bonnie is an expert on URAC Guidelines and has participated on the URAC Standards Committee. She is a Certified HIPAA Professional, as well as an industry published author.
