Cliff Palmer, CIO

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Cliff started his career in 1994 as a DB2 Table Administrator with GTE Data Services located in Tampa, Florida. After ten years of working as a database administrator, a system developer and a system integrator, Cliff went on to become one of GTE Data Service's Billing System Architects before leaving to pursue an entrepreneurial path. Cliff then founded ApCon Services where he and his business partner connected IT programming experts with several of Tampa's largest corporations such as GTE, Talbots and Progressive Insurance.
After three successful years, Cliff left ApCon in pursuit of a much larger personal challenge. Working on a new venture for running buddy and soon to be close personal friend, Joe Hodges, they laid the foundation for INETICO, Inc. By developing the INETIPASS system, which is the backbone to INETICO’s success in the healthcare cost containment and care management arena, Cliff has firmly identified himself as an innovator within the industry.
