Robert E. Pierce, Chief Financial Officer
 As INETICO’s Chief Financial Officer, Bob offers a unique blend of executive acumen and brings to the table over 25 years of financial and managerial experience and expertise. In his role, Bob directs all financial aspects of the business including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, analysis, modeling, financial community interfacing, acquisition targeting, venture opportunity identification, strategic planning, and revenue optimization. Driving business growth in order to meet the company’s long-term financial plans is of paramount importance in Bob’s daily hands-on routine.
Prior to joining INETICO, Bob was the Chief Financial Officer for ten years for a $250 Million staffing solutions company with 170 branch locations and a 25 state footprint in the U.S. He was successful in the development and underwriting of over $200 Million in term loans and lines of credit facilities. The business grew over 300% during his tenure.
Bob holds both BS and AAS degrees from New York’s Syracuse University and Herkimer County Community College, respectively. He is a member of The Institute of Management Accountants, as well as The Association of Tax Advisors.
